In The name of god aman

I George Whisant of the County of Lincoln and State of North Carlina being in perfect mind and memory Blessed Bee to god do this day make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament maner and form following first I give my Soale to god and Body to Be Buried Second all my lawful Debts to Bee paid Also I give and Bequeath Unto my Beloved wife Martha all my Estat both Real and personal during hir naturl life of widowhod the names of nigro cafs Jiney Drew, frank Nelson also Judy All to Be left to Martha my wife tell after her Deed

2 I will and Bequeath ten Dolars to my Son Nicholas

3d I consider my Daughter Elisabeh Biggs in my Debt tharfour I forgive hur the Debt and will hir nothing tell after the Deth of my wife

4 I give My Son Adam one hundred and fifty Dollars wich must Be taken out of his legasy which is to be that much less then his lawfull part of my Estate

5. I guve to My Daughtor Catharin a Equal part of my Estat

6th I give and beequeath to my Son John two hundred fifty acres, of land which I hav give him a Deed of gift for and fifty Dollars

7the I give and Be beqeath an Eaquel part of my Estat to my Daughtor Lewvina Whisant and to the heirs of hur Body

8the I give and beqeath to my Son Lawson two hundred acres of land lying on the East Side of Bufflaw Whare on he now lives and Equeal part of my personal Estate

9th give and Bequeath to my Deaughter Fanny Adams a Equeal part of my personal State

10th I give to my Daughtor Mary Warlike one hundred and fifty Eacres of land joining hir oald plantion and no more
