Note*Jesse Guy Whisnand An interesting note about his death certificate. The death certificate listed his father Emanuel Whisnant was born in "Germany". It also gave his mother's name as "Mary Rawlins". The informant was O. E. Whisnand. I assume this was his son Odie Emanuel Whisnand.
