Survivors are sons, Arthur Whisnant of Icard, Paul Whisnant of Butler, N.J., Jack Whisnant of Florence, S.C., Jimmy Whisnant, Merlie Whisnant; daughters, Mrs. John Schroeder of Baxter Springs, Kans., Mrs. Charlotte Cahoon of Vienna, Va. Bass-Smith is in charge.
